SHIPPING & RETURNS
 

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, shipping may be delayed slightly. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but it was stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible for stolen packages.

ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO Boxes due to possible shipping restrictions.

If you need to update your address, email admin@seedandharvestskincare.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. If your package ships before an update is made, you must contact the carrier directly to reroute it.

INVALID ADDRESS POLICY

If we are unable to verify your shipping address, your order may be canceled and refunded.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If an order is returned to Seed & Harvest Skincare for any reason, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
